Welcome to Queen's Crescent Surgery

With patient’s needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

Why is my surgery working differently?

GP practices are open but are working differently in order to protect patients and staff. In order to protect the most clinically vulnerable people who are in contact with our health services, some physical distancing requirements remain in place. Most practices are using a 'Telephone First' service, this allows the team to assess patients over the phone and consider who needs to be seen in person and when a telephone consultation or video may be appropriate. This helps to ensure that everyone gets the type of appointment they need, and that people don’t have to travel to the surgery if they don’t need to. For more information please visit: https://www.nhsggc.org.uk/your-health/know-who-to-turn-to/gp/#

Covid Boosters, Flu, Shingles, Pneumococcal and HPV vaccines

All of the above vaccines will be done in the community. If you are entitled to the vaccines you will receive an invite directly from the Health Board. Please do not contact the surgery regarding appointments.
